By accessing or using PlumbPro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PlumbPro is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) application that provides professional plumbing tools including job estimating, plumbing code reference, calculators, supplier directory, and business management features.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use PlumbPro. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Subscription and Payment

PlumbPro offers a paid subscription service at $9.99/month or $99.99/year. A 7-day free trial is included with new subscriptions. Key terms:

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period
• You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service (bots, scrapers, etc.)
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

6. Intellectual Property

PlumbPro and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by PlumbPro and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data and estimates remain your property.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

PlumbPro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, plumbing code references, calculations, and material data are provided for reference purposes only. Always verify calculations and code requirements with your local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). PlumbPro is not a substitute for professional engineering or code consultation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlumbPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state where PlumbPro operates.
